In accordance with the Law on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce, and the current Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data and its Regulation on Security Measures, the CAAP Foundation informs the users of its website of the incorporation of their data into existing automated files in the aforementioned entity, and the processing of their data by the CAPP Foundation personal character that are expressed in these conditions or are derived from them, with the purposes detailed below.

The files created are located at the administrative headquarters of the Foundation Committee to Support the Palestinian People at C / San Vicente de Paúl nº 20 D Bajo – CP: 46019 in Valencia, under the supervision and control of the same, who is committed to compliance of its obligation of secrecy of personal data and its duty to keep it and to adopt technical, organizational and administrative security measures to protect its confidentiality and integrity, avoiding its alteration, loss, treatment or unauthorized access in accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data and the Regulations on Security Measures for files containing personal data, approved by Royal Decree 1720/2007 of 21 of December.

Purpose of the collection and automated processing of user data

The user authorizes the CAPP Foundation  the automated treatment of the personal data that they voluntarily provide, through forms and email, for:

The management of any request for information sent by email.

Sending information about the activities and services of the CAPP Foundation as well as publicitizing of the same.

Sending information about any social aspect of the entity and the activities it organizes or participates in.

Sending information about products and services of the different entities with which the CAPP Foundation has signed collaboration agreements with, is responsible for its commercialization, whether or not any operation is formalized, or, where appropriate,  once the existing contractual relationship has ended.

The submission of electronic advertising on offers, promotions and recommendations of the different entities with which the CAPP Foundation has signed collaboration agreements with or is responsible for their commercialization.

The realization of surveys and statistical studies.

Data collected through the forms located on the web.

All the information requested in the forms must be filled in so that we can contact you and help manage your request.
